The best fragrances by Jacques Polge

Known as "the nose of Chanel," Jacques Polge led the house’s fragrance creation for nearly four decades after succeeding Henri Robert. He composed Coco, Égoïste, Allure, Coco Mademoiselle and Bleu de Chanel, and handed the role to his son Olivier in 2015.

SignatureStructured, couture elegance — rich, polished compositions built on aldehydes, ambers and impeccable balance.
