Delete in the app
Open your profile, go to Settings, choose Delete account and confirm. This removes your account, associated library entries and saved scan photos. Uninstalling the app alone does not delete your account.
Request deletion here
If you cannot access the app, submit the form using your account email and ask us to delete your account or specific data. No sign-in is required to submit. The team must verify ownership before acting; submitting this form does not immediately delete an account.
Account deletion does not automatically erase separate support or partnership correspondence. Mention those records in your request if you want them reviewed for deletion too. Limited records may need to be retained for security, disputes or legal obligations; we will explain any applicable exceptions when handling your request.
